Felt like spicing up my lunch today and made herring, potatoes and sour creme with chopped leek, salt and pepper and some freshly homegrown sweet basil leaves.

Mm! Nothing beats a good, simple meal! What's the weather like there now? That looks like a very summer-y meal.
the weather is fairly good, we've had a few days with clouds and rain but before that it was like 25-30 degrees. But I think we've had our peak period by now. now its like 19-22.
