I had a photoshoot with the Norwegian fashion designer Hege-E for WE ARE REPLICANTS who did an interview about her designs, moving to Paris and how she hope to move between the art scene and the fashion scene.

We asked model/dancer Bianca Traum from the vouguing/waacking dance company P*fect to model for us and my old friend Mikael Lopez wrote the interview and you can read it all here:

Opolopo - The Lo-, Hi- and Sci-Fi Mix for WE ARE REPLICANTS

I built and shot this little contraption and christened it "The Opolopo Device" (keeping it simple ;)) for WE ARE REPLICANTS featured mix from Swedish DJ/Producer Opolopo.

I built the device out of parts I could find in my dads' "radio-shack-room" after the description of the device; "...a small, ringlike object" written by my friend Mikael for the article. I wanted to make it a bit other worldly but still make it have a realistic look so the parts made some sense when looking at it. (?)

Tattoo Artist Hill For WE ARE REPLICANTS

Here's my three favourite shots from our interview with Mari. As the interview was more about the person Mari Carrasco than showing of her dance skills (which we have the videos from Bartolomeo and Nest for) I wanted to try to capture a strong female presence even though she wasn't dancing. What do you guys think?

After several weeks of planning and setting up the homepage it is finally up and running! Together with my friend Mikael Lopez we strive to bring you some really interesting and exclusive articles/interviews with über creative people and also inspire you with posts about sci-fi, art, music, robots, technology and much much more!
